I purchased a Membership on the App, but my account hasn't been upgraded yet.

Please send us a screenshot of the email receipt from Google Play or iTunes,  correlating to your membership purchase. 

(If using Google Play, we can also locate the purchase using the "GPA" order number.)

This can be emailed to support@seeking.com, along with the email address and/or username linked to your account.

Once we have this these details confirmed, we'll be able to ensure the upgrade is manually processed.
